3. Legaspi Suites, Pelayo st, Davao City - It’s a fairly new boutique hotel.  Rooms are spacious.  You can walk to the Apo View from Legaspi Suites (3-5 min walk siguro…)

4. Casa Leticia, J. Camus st, Davao City

It’s a small business hotel across the reception venue, you just cross the street. Their restos, Tsuru and Hanoi are pretty good! :)
